Description

This DVD will cover Common Stick Attacks from the Backhand. You will learn the 12 basic strikes of Modern Arnis, Block, Check, Counters and empty hand applications for each. Also covered are Abanico Counters, Defense techniques, Locks, Traps, Take downs, Throws and Sweeps. Disarms and Strikes are taught both right and left handed and also empty handed. You will learn to put it all together with Flow Drills.
