Many important meetings tend to fade from memory quickly. If it is important enough to meet about, it may be appropriate to keep a visual record of it. We have many years of experience producing meeting videos. It is more cost-effective to record a professional trainer once and then distribute the DVD or video via the cloud to all branch offices than it is to send the trainer around the country to train your employees or your employees around the country to the trainer.

Location Production of meeting, seminar, sales meeting, or training session.
Editing of the meeting, adding in graphics, and any other items that are needed.
DVD authoring and duplication of DVDs for distribution to your staff.

Yes. We have produced commercials and promos for all different kinds of businesses, both local and national.

The cost for your commercial is based on your needs and with a budget starting at only $250.00 for a basic 30 seconds to 2 minutes commercial/promo. This includes 3 hours of onsite video production and up to 5 hours of editing to complete the commercial.

The next level commercial/promo production includes up to 5 hours of onsite video production at a maximum of two locations, and up to 12 hours of editing to complete the commercial/promo, and it is $550.00.

For advanced commercial/promo productions, the cost is $950 for up to 8 hours of onsite video production at a maximum of three locations, and up to 20 hours of editing to complete the commercial.

There is a $50 per hour videotaping and a $75 per hour editing rate for overtime of the package you have chosen.

Day Rates

Full day rate $450.00 based on 10hr day
1/2 day rate $250.00 based on 5hr day

Editing & Cuts

Final Cut Pro Non-Linear Editing: $75.00 per hour
½ time for digitizing and render time
DVD Authoring: $45.00 per hour

Simple cut of music for performances to length and then put onto a CD is $20.00 per song.

Edit music together from several different songs, $35.00 per hour minimum 1 hr.

Each additional CD is $5.00.

Montage of scanned Photos put on DVD and edited with transitions and music: $2.00 per photo.
Scanning of photos and put on CD: $1.00 per photo.

Travel Expenses: Driving travel expenses are based on the IRS mileage rate for the year of travel. Airline tickets plus accommodation as required.
