DVDs Retail & Wholesale

We offer all of our titles at wholesale cost to distributors and School owners. Our DVDs retail $24.95 to $59.95. We do have a few titles under that cost; they are our "Best of Series," and they retail at $14.95 to $19.95 each. All minimums are calculated at the wholesale price. To obtain the minimum, you will need to purchase enough videos to reach that level.

You do not have to purchase the minimum of just a single DVD; you can mix the order to arrive at the minimum.

All Black and Blue Productions Labeled DVDs are available for wholesale. Any other labeled DVDs are not available for wholesale from Black and Blue Productions, but we can put you in touch with our suppliers.

You will need to email us a copy of your business license or a copy of your Resale Certificate to purchase DVDs at wholesale prices.

Shipping and handling costs are not included in the wholesale price. S&H will be calculated by how many DVDs you have purchased.

$100.00 Minimum Prices for first order (future orders do not have a minimum).

We can also drop ship all the Black and Blue Video Labeled DVDs. You can now sell Black and Blue Videos on your site at no cost to you. We will process all orders for you. All you do is forward all orders to us, then we will charge your credit card the wholesale price plus the S&H per order. You can copy and paste all the information for each DVD from our website.

DO YOU HAVE FIXED RATES FOR VIDEO PRODUCTION PROJECTS?

Yes. We have produced commercials and promos for all different kinds of businesses, both local and national.

The cost for your commercial is based on your needs and with a budget starting at only $250.00 for a basic 30 seconds to 2 minutes commercial/promo. This includes 3 hours of onsite video production and up to 5 hours of editing to complete the commercial.

The next level commercial/promo production includes up to 5 hours of onsite video production at a maximum of two locations, and up to 12 hours of editing to complete the commercial/promo, and it is $550.00.

For advanced commercial/promo productions, the cost is $950 for up to 8 hours of onsite video production at a maximum of three locations, and up to 20 hours of editing to complete the commercial.

There is a $50 per hour videotaping and a $75 per hour editing rate for overtime of the package you have chosen.

HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE FOR YOU TO COMPLETE ALL THE SHOOTING?

HOW DO YOU MAKE SURE YOUR VIDEO CONNECTS WITH THE PEOPLE WHO MATTER?

Consider your audience. How in-depth do you need to go? Are you presenting research? Are you creating one video, a series, or an entire course? Prepare an outline that is appropriate to your single video, your series, or your course. Plot your material in the most coherent, story-telling manner possible. Know your audience. Visuals are an important way to diversify your video. If you don’t have any visuals yet, now is the time to find some to compliment your production. How long is your video? An hour? Half an hour? Fifteen minutes? Decide what is a reasonable amount of content to present in that length of time.

There is a 30% non-refundable deposit required at the time of booking.
Black and Blue Productions must be book at least 30 days in advance of the expected wedding date, or there will be an additional 15% service fee added to the final cost.

Editing & Cuts

Final Cut Pro Non-Linear Editing: $75.00 per hour
½ time for digitizing and render time
DVD Authoring: $45.00 per hour

Simple cut of music for performances to length and then put onto a CD is $20.00 per song.

Edit music together from several different songs, $35.00 per hour minimum 1 hr.

Each additional CD is $5.00.

Montage of scanned Photos put on DVD and edited with transitions and music: $2.00 per photo.
Scanning of photos and put on CD: $1.00 per photo.

Travel Expenses: Driving travel expenses are based on the IRS mileage rate for the year of travel. Airline tickets plus accommodation as required.
